Jennifer and Gary Couple #1

Gary and I met when I was 17. Gary was 22. We began to spend time together and started to fall in love with each other right away. As soon as I turned 18 Gary asked me to be his girlfriend . We spent every day together. Most of our time was spent at a softball field. I would sit on the bleachers looking pretty and acting as if i knew what was going on in the game when in reality I was just kept saying how good he looked in that uniform! After a great year Gary and I became pregnant. I was very nervous also considering the fact that I was only 19. After 9 months I gave birth to our beautiful daughter. Isabella Judith. Judith is a very special name to us because it is Garys mothers name. She had passed away when I was only 3 months pregnant . Gary and I moved out on our own and met many struggles. Everything we have we worked very hard for. Further on, Gary and I went camping June 2013 with our friends. When we arrived to the camping ground gary was running around like a mad man trying to put up our tent. Let me just say i have never seen a tent put up that fast. So after rushing with the tent he insisted that we go on a walk. So that we did. As we walked down to the lake near a family gary said " no lets go this way" I said ok and we continued to walk the other direction. As we got almost to the other side of the lake he said "no actually lets go back this way" I laughed and said ok. As we walked a few steps closer to the lake he said to sit down. So we sat and he began to tell me how much he loved me and how much I meant to him then he asked me if i was ready to spend my life with him " i sad duhhh " (LOL) he took out a little black box and that's when the waterworks began. He opened the box and that's when I laid eyes on the most beautiful ring I ever seen. I was speechless but for only a few seconds then proceed with " well put it on me"lol he put the ring on my finger and we just hugged like it was our last hug. Everything was just simply perfect! we celebrated our 4 year anniversary june 29th by looking at venues. We hit the jack pot and fell in love with the beautiful Quonset O club that will be holding our reception September 7 2013! Winning this contest is more then just winning it. Gary and I will be paying for our own wedding. As many couples have the luxury of having their parents pay for the wedding we don't. My mother is a hard working single mother and Both of Garys parent are not with us. That has been very tough for us. We have done everything alone for our family and we are proud to say that. I know Garys parent would be so proud of the man and father he has become. So winning this contest would be a huge blessing and more appreciated then you'll ever know.
